Need to build a super low budget system

Hi everyone, it's been quite a few years since I did my research and built a computer from parts.

My parents' computer is getting too old so I'm going to get them a new one.

They mainly use the computer to watch movies, shows, and for everyday internet browsing. For sure there won't be any super intensive graphics applications. As long as the system can support a high resolution monitor and play DVD/HD content it should be fine.

My budget is "as low as possible", hopefully below 500 dollars. I already have a case, monitor, DVD/CD RW drive, keyboard, and mouse.

So basically I will need the following:
1) Mobo
2) Memory
3) CPU
4) HDD(s)
5) PSU

I'm open to any suggestions so feel free to comment on anything!
