i bought it in store unfortunately. Now i gotta rummage for a reciept...i ran the prime 95 program to stress test my ram, ran for 4.5 hours with no problems.

You have a quad core so you should run 4 instances of Prime95.

Yea, I ran 4 workers in testing. Gonna run it again tonight but I don't think it's the problem...which leads me to believe it's gotta be the gpu.

Yea Ncix is usually pretty good. I just hope they don't stick it to me for not having my receipt...still looking for it by the way.
