sound card without any effects

right now i have a sound blaster 5.1 live value sound card iv used this car for about 8 years and its still great one problem is there is no drivers for vista or windows 7
the way my speakers work now is all 4 speakers give the same sound without the surround effets
is there any sound card out there that supports win7 and can give all 4 speakers the same sound?
i bought the audigy zs2 and i dont like it 4 speakers give effects and the center talks

There are very few sound cards which have drivers for Win7. This will likely change closer to and after release.
