constant energy flowing in comp help

i decided that i want to make my pc start with a remote control. i had a few old rc cars (the walgreens 4 dollar micro ones) and i want to use it to start my comp with the remote... i have everything figured out but i need a power source (no more then 3v-4v) that is on even when the comp is off.

it would eventually drain (i assume) i probably will hook up a old phone charger to it if no one can help me out

Gthat'd work... Just solder the male end to the switch, and just plug it in.
