I would look at this card to save some cash and overclock it yourself. 2gb of memory is a bit overkill unless you are playing above 1920x1200.

If you are going to OC your cpu then an after marked heatsink would be in order. The Core Contact is a great one for a good price.

You need a dvd drive but you can pick up whatever for that.

you would need the 64-bit version to use all your ram.

Since you are getting more than 4GB, definitely 64bit.

Nope, playing street fighter 4, cod4, HAWX, Crysis Warhead, Age of Empires 3, Dawn of war II and prototype just fine. Although a friend had to install some windows update with windows 7 to play HAWX. It just wouldn't launch until after the update.
