New PSU and GPU

Hi all, I'm looking to upgrade my PC with a new PSU, however, from previous advice I have found my PSU is pretty weak for an upgrade (my PC is pretty turd).

All I want to know is, what PSU can I buy that will be compatible and the GPU's I will be able to get with having that PSU...

That entirely depends on your budget and what sort of graphics power you want; what res do you run at, and what sort of games do you play?

Your motherboard has a PCI Express x16 1.0 slot, meaning you can have up to latest most powerful GPUs.

Oooo right, I thought it would be limited to something rubbish. Well, with the upcoming games (MW2 & L4D2) those types of games are what I play (FPS). I just need a GPU better than my current rubbish NVIDIA 7300 LE. I would like to keep the price at the lowest!

Hang on..... What case is this in........ As its a micro-atx, that usually implies small fdorm factor, thus that stupid psu they come with.
