Ok, Here's the deal.

My buddy has a PC with an M2M-E motherboard, It worked fine for 2 years until his GF got a hold of it. lol.. Anyway the thing dosen't start anymore and it gives one long beep and 2 short beeps. I did some research and some people say this is a video error. So here's what I did..

Took the computer apart and removed the video card and put in another one. Same beeps

Took the ram out and replaced it with another type. Same beeps

Took the mother board out and bench tested it.. Again same beeps.

The funny thing is the mother board give's me the same 1 long 2 short beeps no matter what parts I leave out or change.

No video = 1 long 2 short, no ram = 1 long 2 short, bench with nothing in it = 1 long 2 short.

I'm lost and was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what is going on..

Thanks guys.

I would say forget what it says the code is, the mobo sounds really dead.

Stupid question, but did you clear the CMOS?

Yeah I Cleared the CMOS in the beginning, Just forgot to mention it, and No the MB only has one PCI-E slot. But correct me If im wrong.. shouldn't it give me a memory error beep code first if there is no ram?? shouldn't it beep like crazy not give me a video error code?
