Acer driver support

I'm thinking of doing a fresh install of XP on my Acer laptop. The model is Aspire 5536G.
I found a decent list of drivers on the Acer Europe site. It lists downloads for audio, bluetooth, LAN, modem, cardreader, touchpad, USB, VGA, and wireless LAN.

I'll only do a fresh install if I know that I can get my hardware running successfully. Is that enough?

Some specs:
AMD X2 Turion QL-64 2.1GH
~4 GB RAM
ATI HD 3200
250 GB hard drive

Just download every thing that they have listed of the Acer EU website. The EU website is the most up to date site.

The current GeForce 9600M driver on nVidia website does not want to do any thing with my laptop.

Previous version works on my MSI. Current version did not. I guss it just a matter of luck. I will just keep my eyes on nVidia website.
