Pc shutdown unexpectedly, help

but before the problem started, at max load the temp was 58-59, now the temp is back to that and when I was watch a video and the temp was 53 and it froze, so does this mean that there is another problem apart form just the cpu overheating.

Remove the heatsink, clean the cpu and the base of the heatsink with rubbing alcohol, let dry. Reapply thermal paste, re-attach heatsink, plug in fan.

If you don't have any thermal paste wait to do this until you do. Do not run the PC without Thermal Paste. Your local computer shop should have some. Or you can order some from here
