Yes that will work fine, the ecs card was about the same price as a normal 4850 anyway, which is better. Yes that card is fine, re certified just means that he card has been sent back from the person who bought it, maybe becuase it was fualty and in this case the card would be brand new or fixed anyway. It s got a 1 yr warranty but to be honest as long as you treat it good it will wont die for a long time. for that price its great!
