Most powerful low power graphics?

I'm looking for a low power graphics card. It's going into an HTPC, so power requirements are needed to be low. Currently, I have an HD3450, and it's great, but would like something that would be more capable of playing games, when I have friends stay over, so they can stop lagging their huge computers around. I have a 250W PSU, that I would like to continue using, as it is an HTPC, but could upgrade it to a Antec 380. What would be the best card for such low power?

HD 4670 or HD 4650 depending on how much power is needed

Would either of those work on the 250, or would I need the 380 in there? I'm REALLY trying to keep the 250 PSU.

Neither card requires a power connector (6 pin or otherwise) and are the fastest cards that don't require power connectors.

You should be fine with that 250w

Thanks, is there any brand I should look into getting? I have had good luck with MSI in the past, and that's what my current card is.
