BUT that only applies to the location thing. As everyone has said about the price - if it's too good to be true..then it isn't true :|

He could do all of his orders personally through his house, I mean, he lives in a pretty large house.
The warehouse could be elsewhere.

But I definitely would not count on it.

Yes but that doesn't account for Google's Street View showing the Lot that is empty being the address. How can a empty lot be a place of business.

Unless heaven forbid that Google Street View is wrong and the Bing Maps is right.
