If I buy all the stuff that Muffin listed, am I set to run the computer. This means 'will I have to buy extra wires, screws, cords, etc'? NOT a monitor or Operating System.

If anyone gives me the thumbs up, I plan on ordering then.
I really hope everything fits together well...

yes, the RC is free until june of next year. the full retail version goes on sale this october, i believe.

Windows 7 Release Candidate Customer Preview Program

you have to download the 64-bit version and burn it onto a dvd, then you just boot from it.

all the screws you need will come with the case. and the mobo will come with atleast 2 sata cables for your hdd and disc drive. and obviously the psu will have all the power cables.

Actually the release candidate lasts until march, then it will shut down every 2 hours. That's still plenty f time to save up for a w7 copy.
