Just looked at the receipt and we bought the PC on 6/1/08. I sent BFG an e-mail (found the 24/7 tech support e-mail on the box) and they haven't replied yet.
I really have no idea what flashing means, but I don't want to do anything to the card right now. If there is a chance of them sending me a new one, I don't want to have anything done to the card that might void the warranty.
