second build of the exact same setup.
first time, smooth as silk.
second time...not so much
450 watt power supply, yes, plugged into the wall.
yes, all connections properly seated.
for all other simple questions...it's the exact same build as the first, so it is hooked up all the same.
after plugging power cord to power supply, turned on main power switch, heard the PS whine up... but no power to mobo. (little green led at bottom of board indicates power to the board...)
ower switch on tower won't work, no fans, no other sounds/ indicators of trying to pwer up...
