need a new psu... recommendations?

I am starting to run out of power with my 500 watt and need a replacement. I would like the new psu to be able to handle an overclocked q6600, volt modded 4850, and still have room for expansion. Suggestions?

oh yeah, i am on a REALLY tight budget, lol.

i was hoping for something cheaper, but after looking around on newegg myself those do seem to be the best options...

do you guys have a rough idea of about how much more power a vmodded 4850 would take compared to stock?
