Need help about computer language

Hi. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? When CD is inserted it shows in strange uknown languege, maybe sybmols or something like that. Doesn't recognise language of CD. How to fix it? Maybe there are programs to solve that problem, or windows update?

Does this happen with every cd or only one specific cd?

If so which cd are you having issues with?
