Error message on startup

When my windows starts up(taskbar and background loading), I get an error message saying: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library. Runtime Error! Program: C:\ProgramFiles\Program DJ\WOWVideo&Audio\WVmain.exe Abnormal program termination.
My only option is to press Ok but is this a crucial problem I should fix? If so, how? Thank You

I cant even find out what the WVmain.exe program is. It doesnt have any real hits on Google. So the only thing i could say would be to try and reinstall the Visual C++ Library.

You can also try to do this.

Start>Run>msconfig

Disable all startup entries except the anti-virus. From there start to enable them one by one till you find the culprit.
