Laptop Screen

Basically my laptop screen is on its last life.
Not just the screen... the whole top bit.
The one side has come of with the screw and the screen has almost completely fallen off.
My laptop is a fujitsu siemens amilo li 2735
Its 15.4 size screen.
How much would it cost for the screen to be replaced.

I know lone 15" LCDs run around $200-$200 depending on model. A full assembly cost will vary depending on the manufacturer and general availability. Most non-Apple LCD assembly's that I have purchased have cost around $350-$500.

Fujitsu spare parts in my opinion can be pricy. However if you can get 3rd part spare part, you might be able to luck out.

From what you are discribing, it might be better off for you to save your pennies and purchase a new laptop instead.

I just fixed it myself. Realised that with some tools i got laying round.. probably could do it myself for much less of a cost.

I have used that company before for replacement screens.

I've given it a temporary fix which should hopefully last until I can afford a new machine. Had this one for quite a while but it was cheap to start off with.
