hello i am looking for a nice graphics card to put in my computer can any of you suggest one?

Model: Aspire M1201
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual core processor 4800+ 2.50GHz
RAM: 3.00GB
system type: 32-bit Operating system

i am looking for a good graphics card for gaming and for video game programming/ designing.

What psu do you have as that will determine what gpu you can run or if you will need to upgrade that as well?
