I have a very interesting problem I am not sure what is the causing it.
Everytime on cold boot my computer freezes, but after I restart it, it runs fine.
It is like that everytime.
Basically in order for me to use my computer I have to start it, load windows and wait for it to crash in a few minutes, press the restart button and everything works fine.
I'm guessing its either the Mobo, ram or power supply.
Anyone with any answers?

Could try running a Memtest.

Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
Burn the ISO to disc, and boot off of it and let it run for a minimum of 4 hours.

Does it become unstable or shut off while you're actually using the PC? Could try swapping out the PSU if you have a spare one, as well.

I don't have a spare...
The mouse, keyboard, and windows just freezes on whatever screen I was at.
Then when I press restart it works fine.

Is it shutting down properly?
no, it completely freezes and I have restart by holding down the power button.
Or so it seems, it could very well be that it loses power to all usb ports and it is unable to accept any type of input from any device.
