Power supply problem?

I have an HPD330 ST and when I turn it on the green lights [a circle looking one and a battery] come on, but the fans do not operate and then the lights turn red and blink. Is my power supply dieing. Also it's like everytime I touch the power supply cord it turns off=S Help please=]

Have you tried a different outlet as well, to make sure its not actually the outlet thats the problem? Otherwise I'd say something in your PSU (most likely the power connector for the power cord) is busted, especially if it turns off if you wiggle the cord...

If this is true, by the way, do not attempt to open the power supply.
The best alternative is to just buy a new one.
(Opening the power supply is very dangerous if you do not know what your doing, do not attempt this)

Now all of the sudden it turns on and makes two beeping noises, and the screen is blank=S

Find out who makes your BIOS and from there find out what those beeps mean. As they do mean something.
