Just run prime or IBT. They will either fail or BSOD on you if you are unstable usually within 20 minutes or so.
Bump up the speed in small increments without touching the vcore and test. Once it fails bump up the vcore in the smallest increment that you can and retest.
During the whole process keep an eye on temps as they will go up fast under load.
Check your temps at stock under load to get an idea of where you are starting from.
Once you get as high as you feel comfortable, start making longer prime runs (around 4 hours) to ensure that you are stable.
