Video card?

No output to monitor.
I've cleared my CMOS, switched my RAM around, tried different PCI-E slots, the motherboard and everything is getting power, I just replaced my power supply, its been working great for months.
The video card has been running hot since day one at 100% fan.
I recently alt tabbed into a game, and the video card fan just kind of shut down (sound), and the monitor shut off.
The computer will turn on, just no output to the monitor.
The monitor works on other computers.

So therefore, my only conclusion is the video card, if anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know, before I order a new video card.

what about the sapphire 4850 x2. i hear its great for 22in and under monitors
