Do they sell just 1 stick? And how do you find out if it's compatible with your mainboard? Sorry for stupid question.

The one that im going to get comes with 2 compatible sticks 512x2. = 1g If you are buying a motherboard then it shows what is compatible dualchannel 2x 3x 4x dimm ddr 333 or 400 etc.

Personally i never had a problem with the OEM Stuff. If I got the cash, Kingston. Otherwise, i have been happy with Hynix and Spectek.

I don't like Ramos or Nova. I had too many of them come back on RMA.

OCZ and Crucial are the best in my book. Crucial for stability and user friendly, OCZ for performance and stabilty for gaming.

What about oc'ing them is it the same as other.

Well I don't know how much you could oc ocz performance series because they are already really fast, but I'm sure Crucial ram could handle it. I don't want to try that with mine 'cause I'm selling it to upgrade to pc2700 ram.
