Would the following 700w psu be able to power gtx 260 sli & core i7?

This is the psu I have with the computer i'm upgrading from. I already have one gtx 260 and would like to buy another one to run in sli along with a i7 920 processor overclocked as high as I can get it. The gtx 260s will also be overclocked. I will have one blu-ray player, one 7200 rpm hdd, two usb devices, and no additional pci cards or sound cards.
 
My overclocked processor will draw around 348 watts load @ 3.7 ghz. That's like twice as much as what yours would.

Hmm, you said the q6600.. i'm at 3.1 btw, is 40 more than your i7. so you sould be fine.

You have 4 18A rails, I've got 1 @58A.

Maybe some i7 owners could comfirm it.
