i got a q6600 with asus p5b motherboard.
can anyone help me hit 3.2-3.4ghz
tell me what to do and what to set the voltages please.

Set your FSB to 400 and then up your Vcore or voltage incrementally until it loads windows. Go in increments of .0125 or .0250 volts. Just don't go too high, no higher than about 1.450.

There is no magic settings as each cpu is a little different.

The proper voltage would be the lowest voltage that your computer is prime stable on.
This varies from cpu to cpu.
