BOOTMGR is missing, unable to repair

Some motherboards do have the bios option to enable usb keyboard if you do not have a ps2 one lying around.

Hey, sorry for the late reply, all is now fixed, vista is now installed. Turns out having the floppy controller enabled in BIOS was causing the problem, turned off and it booted fine. thanks for your help, Matt.
