Depends on what cards. If you're talking about crossfiring 2 4850 X2's, which I don't recommend doing, it won't be able to handle that. For $20 more (after rebate) you can get the 750w which will allow you to sli/crossfire all single gpu cards (i.e. not 4850/70 x2, gtx295

Agreed, albeit, its not ever worth going Quad Crossfire or Quad SLI unless you run at such an extreme resolution

No definitely not. OCZ is a much better brand.

Wintec AmpX is pretty good RAM too.. their DDR2 were cheap, but they used D9 Micron Chips in them, I expect the same out of DDR3

Ok, found a pretty good deal on another motherboard at Tigerdirect, with the 15% cash back. Will the Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R cause any problems in my build? Is it better or worse than the Asus P6T SE?

The Gigabyte has more OC'ing features and overall a better board
