I don't know if its just for the picture but you don't have any ram and your cpu fan isn't plugged in. I think thant might help:laughing:

I may be wrong, but i think most mobo's detect whether the cpu fan is running before booting the pc. Your cpu fan appears to be run from a molex rather than the fan header on the mainboard. If that's the case, the bios will think the cpu fan isn't running, and not power the cpu.

If you have a fan with a 3-pin header, try that. Hope that helps
