Okay bringing this one back from the dead, since after getting my New PSU - Crosair 650TX - The computer still crashes in the same fashion.....

So,

What do I need to replace now the Video cards?? So far I've managed to replace everything except for Video Card and CPU...

Usually crashes are either bad video card drivers, Bad PSU's, overheating GPU's or overheating CPU's


Since you already checked the PSU, try checking the other things I just mentioned
