Problem with connectivity?

OK, so recently I had a pretty bad trojan/virus and it took over a lot of main commands (tskmngr, regedit, etc). Now it appears that I can connect to the internet and use it, but not with games. Every online game on the PC won't let me play multi-player. No, I don't have any firewalls, they were working great before the virus.

So what should I do? I'm not happy.
