Blu-ray Internal Drive not working???

i recently baught an internal blu-ray drive and a blu-ray movie to see if it would work. My computer is pretty high end so i thought it would work.

1.5TB seagate barracuda
Motherboard
Asus P53Q Deluxe
Monitor
Samsung 22 inch
Blu-Ray drive
LG GGW-H20L Internal Blu-Ray BD-RW / HD DVD-ROM Black retail kit

Software used to play blu-ray movie
cyberlink powerdvd hi-def suite

The software used came with the blu-ray drive. I also used the cyberlink BD/HD advisor.
When i play the blu-ray disk it shows this error message:
DVD error, Error code:887086A, internal error?
plus when i have managed to play it i get the sound but the picture is all coloured and pixalised?
Any ideas and help are welcome...

I can't find anything on google of on the Cyberlink website.... You may want to get ahold of there tech support...

thanks alot, found out what the problem was, the graphics card driver needed to be updated...
