Help Upgrading Vid Card/Power Supply?

What about a 4870? And would it bottleneck that if I got it up to 2.7 or so?

The 7400 isn't that much faster, if the e2180 is bottlenecking it then the e7400 wont do much better. Remember the average performance increase from Conroe to Wolfdale was only 10%.

Even running a pretty decent amount of programs right now I sit at like 34-36 degrees Celsius for my CPU. I'm guessing that means I could go little higher if I needed, but I think I'll just roll with the 4870 and hope that it doesn't bottleneck it bad. Unless you guys are real opposed to this.
