And if it is reference you can tweak the voltage through software to get 1ghz.
A stock GPU cooler that is worth an extra $80, I'm finding that hard to believe. There will be alot of Great aftermarket cooling solutions available for the 4890 after it's been out for a little while. Thermalright is working on one now.
