need help asap

okay i have a question.

im downloading some videos from this site, and like all sites,it will only let me have 2 files going at once, if i click a 3rd it sits there until one is done, but my moms computer will do more, is their a setting for this? im on widnows xp? thanks in advance

By default Xp limits the bandwidth by using a service called QoS (Quality of Service )
You can disable this manually ... though the easiest way would be to use Xpantispy

See the screenshot below for the option u need to check on it
