Is this a proper understanding of memory 'bandwidth'?

For a cpu with a 1333 fsb
1333 * 8 = 10664 Mb/sc, I believe this is cpu bandwidth

For memory DDR2 800
800 * 8 = 6400 Mb/sec I believe this is bandwidth for 1 stick of memory
6400 * 2 = 12800 Mb/sec Is this bandwidth for 2 sticks of memory on dual channel?

So 10664 < 12800 meaning memory has much more bandwidth on this system?

DDR2-800 200 MHz, 5 ns, 400 MHz, 800 Million, PC2-6400, 6400 MB/s. ddr2 stands for double data rate, 2 means double. it think your right not 100%
