Im running 4.0Ghz or so. (420 FSB). My core voltage is at 1.272 (according to CPU-Z).

I haven't had any BSOD's, but I did have one lockup since I OC'd this thing yesterday. Im also getting random texture misplacements while doing every day tasks, and occasionally the mouse will freeze.

How can I make this system more 'stable'? Should I bump up the voltage a bit?

Thanks

Yes, go up in the smallest increments your motherboard will allow on the Vcore adjustment. But you might want to also increase the fsb voltage on your board first, usually there is only half a dozen settings so just go up one and run some stress tests. Also if you do up on the core, you shouldn't have to go above about 1.325V, check cpu-z to make sure your not getting much vdroop.

Right now I've got it set to 1.3V for CPU Voltage. I had it up as far as 1.4V, but it didn't help.

I'm getting Random BSOD's, PC Freezing, and Failure to boots - not very often, but it happens.

Here is my CPU-Z Screen:
