I realized I didn't include a sound card, is there any need for one? Also would anyone have any other suggestions on good cases. I'd like one easy to work with for a new builder and also with good airflow etc. Thanks.

I would suggest for an i7 build that you get an aftermarket CPU heatsink and a case with better cooling.

This cooler:
Newegg.com - XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 120mm Rifle CPU Cooler - CPU Fans & Heatsinks

Plus this bracket for mounting:
Newegg.com - XIGMATEK ACK-I7363 CPU Cooler - CPU Fans & Heatsinks

This is a good case option for a bit more if you like NZXT. It has 2-rear 120mm, 1-front 120mm, and 1-top 90mm and on the side you can add up to 4 more 120mm fans:
Newegg.com - NZXT ZERO 2 Crafted Series CS-NT-ZERO-2 Black Steel / Plastic ATX Full Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases

Onboard sound is decent these days.
If you are an audio aficionado then you would still want a sound card for general purposes onboard should be just fine.

For a midsize case I like the antec 300. Newegg.com - Antec Three Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases It will fit a gtx260.

for something fullsize take a look at this. Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER HAF 932 RC-932-KKN1-GP Black Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases

Cases really come down to personal taste.
