Need little help with netbook.

I am looking into getting netbook for little sister, Ive noticed alot of these new netbook, dont have Optical Drive, How would I load O/S system, If needed?.

usually the system will come pre-loaded.....if you need to reinstall or change OS' you'll basically follow a guide such as this:

that will guide you through putting an install of windows onto your USB pen drive which you will install the OS from

Some models come with recovery disks as well. They're intended to be used with an external optical drive.

USB flash. I believe that in the BIOS it has an option for USB flash

USB External CD Rom Drive.

However I have found that Netbooks do come with a recovery partition.
