Yeah, you can always go windows 7 to save money, should be an option to consider, but anyway, this build is pretty much what everyone is nudging you to change into, comes to 729 before rebates (680 after).

its wise to make the change to a biostar board, this board is great, you can trust us. If you were to drop the vista and get windows 7 you could pop in a 4870

I like everything but should the power supply have more watts? I though maybe it should be 550-650 incase I crossfire latter on.

and I'm eyeballing the 4850. (1gb version?)

If your thinking about cross firing later on go with the corsair tx, as for a 4850, you will be fine with the 512mb version.
