windows xp keeps rebooting....HELP

Sounds like a HD corruption. If you have another machine (or just an unused drive) slave the drive to a "good" HDD and then do a chkdsk to sort out any errors.
 
I have run into similar reboot problems in PC's when one of the devices that it is trying to load during boot up is not properly seated in its slot. So just to rule this out reseat all of your cards in the PC. Its not a very common problem, but I have run into it more than once, and if it works it may save you the hassle of a OS reload.
