okay sweet, got everything installed now...just finishing bleeding all the air out of the system....haha @ stock i'm getting 36c and load under hyper pi i'm getting 50c....not sure how to rank this cause i cant seem to find any temperature results anywhere hahaha..

hahah here ya go!...lol i put on some AS5 and dropped my temps to around 32 idle and 46 load

any suggestions? i think my T-line might be in the wrong spot
also the fans are pulling air through, not pushing

Turn the rad so the barbs are on top and facing in to the case. then drill the 2 holes to run the tubes directly into the case. That will give you a much cleaner setup overall, and reduce the chance of kinking a tube.

Yeah, distilled and biocide is as good as it gets on the budget us water coolers have. There are some exotic fluids made by 3M, but they're nowhere near affordable.
