I was trying to pull out his video card to see which one it was and I put it back in PROPERLY and tried to boot it up. When it boots there's no screen but there's a warning siren sound coming from the motherboard speaker. It didn't do that the first time I booted it up. I have until friday. Tanks!!!

Reseat the card.
Make sure if it had an extra pci-e power plug into it that you plugged that back in.

Next time just look in device manager to see what card is installed.

Agreed, that "siren" most likely was not the motherboard, but the card itself because the power is not plugged in or at least not plugged in properly.

What is the broad term for what that siren-y-ish-typed sound indicates? Like what are a few things that could cause it.

Bios beep codes... Anything, it beeps in a pattern to tell you what is wrong...

Well the sound you heard is most likely the card ear piercing screech. It happens when the card is not receiving enough power to function properly.
