ok, sweet. i am going to run a vantage run right after i do a 3Dmark06 run we will see how the scores compare.

wow, i was just looking at my ORB and i got a 39,655 on my cpu score......where the Core i7 965 extreme got a 31,669.......that doesn't seem quite right 0_o

What were the clock speeds? I got a little over 50k on my cpu score when i ran it at 4.5ghz.

I forgot to post the ORB. I'll repost an updated everything in a bit here. After I get my SSD(s) I'll buy my heatsink for overclocking. Everything now is stock.

thats a very nice score for 2x 280's, nice!

the record at evga forums is 29,485 for 2x 280's
E.R.101 ---------- i7-965 @ 4.20GHz ----- (2) 280's 771/1566/1377 WC ------ P29,485
core clock on gpu bolded
(the world record for 2x 280's or 285's is just over 30k, according to evga)

i see your cores below 700, i think you still have some headroom, i know had mine past 730, and can get my 285 past 750

I got my evga board back from RMA and got my new waterblocks installed. I might go for another run today
