Bluescreen HW failure? System Error ID 1003

Yeah so the past few weeks I have been having trouble with my computer. At first it was freezing after 15 minutes after login. Now its constant restarts with a blue screen error, and restarts too fast before i can read what it says. Its constant and I went into safemode and it would give me the blue screen error, once in awhile, not always, im currently on safemode now. I checked my even viewer and i got this info.
Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c000001d, parameter2 800d7000, parameter3 f3689ce4, parameter4 00000000.

I also tried testing my ram with memtest and i ran it for about 14 hours to make sure, and my ram is OK. I also tried removing my ram and testing it individually.

My system specs
Windows XP Pro SP 3
2GB Ram Corsair 800mhz
Nvidia 8800 GTS 320MB
2.66ghz core 2 duo
BFG 650i Ultra mobo version p05 bios (just updated last week) (phoenix bios)
250gb Western Digital 7200RPM HDD SATA
550W PSU

I was planning on uninstalling my video drivers to see if that is it but im not going to do anything until i get help. I was going to repair windows too but nothing until i get a reply. Thanks.

Also i wanted to attach my minidump files but theres no attachments allowed, any other way to figure out what is going on?

Oh noes the blue screen of death... Try running a Scan disk on your hard drive... Your hard drive could be going bad. To do this right click on the hard drive icon (usually C: drive) go to properties and then go to the tools tab and look under Error-Checking. Click Check now. Put a check mark in both of the boxes which say... Automatically fix file system errors and scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors and then click start. Good luck.

If that checks out you could try reinstalling windows. That'll be a last resort though.

Start > right click My Computer > Properties > Advanced tab > click Setttings under Startup and Recovery > uncheck the box that says "automatically restart on system failure."

Try to reboot normally and give us the STOP error code, as well as the letters at the top in all caps.

May end up having to do a chkdsk /r anyway, but it'll be nice to see what the exact error code is.

Troubleshooting Windows STOP Messages

Find the "8E: Kernel Mode Except..." on the left-side of the screen.

A kernel mode program generated an exception which the error handler didn't catch. These are nearly always hardware compatibility issues (which sometimes means a driver issue or a need for a BIOS upgrade).

nvm i unchecked automatically restart but it still restarts, i double checked if i had it unchecked.

edit: ok i tried takin a picture of it but it was too quick and it seemed like it gave me 2 different ttypes of stop msgs.

First one was STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC000001D, 0x800D7000, 0xB6BC3CB and thats all i got for first one the pic was cut off

second : STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC000001D, 0x8000D7000, 0xBA122CE4, 0x00000000)

Third : STOP 0x0000008E (0xc000001D, 0x8000D7000, 0xB6DDBCE4, 0x00000000)

Yes, try checking your drive.

If you wanna do it from Windows, boot into Safe Mode, right click the drive in My Computer > Properties > Tools > click Check Now under Error Checking > check both boxes. You'll probably be prompted to reboot, do so, and let it do its check.

If it doesn't work, then boot off of your XP disc, press R to go to the recovery console, and type in: chkdsk /r

Also, if you wanna upload your minidump files, try RAR'ing or ZIP'ing them and then uploading to RapidShare or somewhere similar.
