Tell me what you guys think. Does it all look good or should I change something. Also should I get the NVidia 9800GTX+ or GTS250? I know they're same card but idk which one to go with.

I would spend just a little more cash for this hard drive.

$20 more 400gb of more space and 32mb cache vs 16mb.

Get the gts250.

Look at this RAM for $7 more with better timings.

Should I get the EVGA or XFX?

I'm not entirely sure what the "core" in the XFX's name stands for, anyone know?

If they are the exact same card, the EVGA for me. It's just about brand preference. Both great brands. I've used both, but I prefer EVGA.

Ok. Thanks for your help. I noticed that the only real difference is that the EVGA is ~18MHz higher on the core clock. So I guess I'll go with the EVGA.

Both brands are great.
The evga has a slightly higher core clock. 18mhz no big deal.
The xfx comes with a game and is $5 more.

3x 120mm fans in that rig is going to be sufficient.

If you have the room, adding another fan couldn't hurt.
