Hi,i have an lg dvd rw,it will play music cds,but when i put in a movie the sound is choppy,it plays the movie,but seems to drag a little,can anyone help,i have k-lite codecs,tried vlc player and windows media player,same outcome,it is set to master on jumper.

what are your system specs? it might not be the dvd-rom persay, but your system
