Both have great reviews and good cooling. I'd probably go with the first one if you don't need an HDMI or VGA port, and the second one if you do need those other inputs (although the first one does have adapters anyway, so prolly just get the first one).

The top is probably slightly better with it's faster clock speeds. The drivers are included on a CD with the card. Either that or you can go to Advanced Micro Devices Inc. and get drivers for your card.
