Just a couple general concerns

Amps are far more important than watts. It's what pushes everything.

When your system starts pullin power, with no amps, all the watts can't get to it.

Can you borrow someones more quality psu? It could really be your issue.

Heh, well I'm going to have to upgrade my PSU if amps are a huge issue, because my video card is already taking most of them right?

I just wanted to know if the psu really could be the cause of these issues, if there's a chance it's it, then I guess I'll spend my limited cash on that now and hope it works.

But no I don't know anyone with a good psu they don't need atm, heh. xD

yeah having enough amps is really super important, especially on the +12v rails

well the psu aren't causing the overheating problem...that still remains...if i were you i wouldn't do much to get your CPU to 70c....thats kinda risky

well games are pushing the cpu usage up, so anything else that would crank up the cpu usage will also create heat

I'd try reseating the cpu fan.

What case? i don't remember seeing one mentioned?
